The word’s most extreme anti-ager, Brian Johnson, has added Methylene Blue to his “Don’t Die” protocol. See what he has to say here.
August 10, 2025 – A promising new study has shown that combining methylene blue and curcumin (a natural compound from turmeric) can improve brain function and protect against damage linked to Alzheimer’s disease — at least in animal models.
Researchers used tiny natural delivery vehicles called exosomes to carry both substances into the brain. Curcumin helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, while methylene blue supports the brain’s energy production and reduces harmful chemical reactions. Together, they worked better than either alone to improve memory and reduce harmful changes in brain cells.
While these results are exciting, they are still preliminary and based on animal research. More studies are needed to see if these benefits apply to people
